Texas Tech's quarterback roundabout continues.
For the first time since sustaining a partially collapsed lung against West Virginia on Sept. 29, Alan Bowman started at quarterback for the Red Raiders against Kansas on Saturday.
In five prior starts, Bowman has thrown for 1,680 yards and 11 touchdowns and led Texas Tech to a road win over Oklahoma State and a home win over Houston since taking over for McLane Carter, who sustained a high-ankle sprain in the season opener.
