Week 3 Rankings:
1. #3 Texas Tech Red Raiders: 14-0 (LW 1)
Texas Tech seems incapable of losing through the first part of their non-conference schedule. It was, thought at this point it shouldn’t be, surprising how thoroughly dominant the Red Raiders were in sweeping then #15 South Alabama in a four game series. An incredible stretch from Michael Davis has him with a six game hitting streak that go 11-23 (.478) with 3 home runs and 10 RBIs.
Texas Tech enters it’s last stretch before conference play begins with tough road match-ups with #6 Kentucky and #13 Louisville on the road.
