Just a few short weeks ago, Texas Tech had 22:1 odds to win the national championship.
Unfortunately, the Red Raiders got in the way of the freight train that is the Villanova Wildcats and that dream never came into fruition.
Looking ahead to next season, Vegas has released its early favorites to cut down the nets in 2019. Tech is one of the more respected Big 12 programs on the list, but Vegas doesn’t expect the Red Raiders to actually challenge for a national title.
