Before the game many of us expected a lower scoring game compared to what we saw two years ago against OU So far, we have been treated to yet another shootout, with Tech leading 31-28. Alan Bowman has shined so far, throwing two touchdowns and 227 yards on 21-27 passes. Da’Leon Ward has two touchdowns, with one on the ground and one on a screen pass. Antoine Wesley has 108 yards on nine catches, while fellow tower T.J. Vasher catching six passes for 42 yards and a touchdown. Vaughnte Dorsey has been the star of a poor defense, as Dorsey has two interceptions early in the game to go along with numerous big hits.
