Nebraska wrestlers Tim Lambert and Colton McCrystal both took home seventh-place finishes at the University Freestyle Nationals at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, on Sunday.
Lambert wrestling at 57 kilograms (125.5 pounds) went 7-2 in the tournament, with four wins coming by technical fall. McCrystal at 65 kilograms (143 pounds) went 5-2 with three technical falls.
Including Lambert and McCrystal, the Huskers were represented by Jordan Shearer (65 kilograms), Tyler Berger (70 kilograms/154 pounds), Regan Bye (74 kilograms/163 pounds), Justin Arthur (74 kilograms) and Collin Jensen (125 kilograms/heavyweight), who did not place.
