Now, the two Nebraska graduates are staring at the final home games of their careers Thursday through Saturday at Haymarket Park when NU plays host to Indiana in the final regular-season games. The first two games start at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday’s game has been moved to 1 p.m.
The series is crucial for the Huskers, who are tied for third in the Big Ten but have not locked up a top-eight seed for the Big Ten Tournament that starts Wednesday at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha. Nebraska also needs to bolster its current No. 47 RPI to have plans for an NCAA Tournament berth.
