Nebraska took advantage of five Indiana error's and Jake Meyers turned in his standard seven innings of scoreless baseball in a 3-0 victory on Saturday afternoon in front of 5,558 fans. Nebraska advances to the Big Ten Tournament where they will face the Michigan State Spartans in a 1:00 P.M. contest on Wednesday afternoon.
The Huskers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the second inning. Taylor Fish, in his last game at Haymarket Park walked, and then Steven Reveles doubled into the gap to put runners at second and third with no one out. Back to back RBI groundouts by Luis Alvarado and Jake Schleppenbach scored Fish and Reveles.
