Mark Webb Jr. has already drawn interest from schools like Georgia and Alabama and has a scholarship offer from Penn State under his belt as well. This hasn’t stopped Mike Riley and his staff from making it clear they want this uber-talented receiver to be wearing the crimson and cream next year.
Webb tweeted out on Thursday afternoon he had officially received an offer from the Nebraska Cornhuskers’ though he didn’t include any information about when or if he was going to be visiting the school.
That shouldn’t come as a surprise, since recruits generally just like to shout out that they have been given an offer.
