Who could ever have imagined that when I wrote the Matchday Welcome for the home opener against LA Galaxy back on March 12th that we would find ourselves enjoying such a record-breaking regular season?
Prioritizing our home stadium with at least ten wins, making the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs and ultimately delivering a home playoff match were our initial aims, but this afternoon we face Houston Dynamo (TICKETS) as the last team with an undefeated home record and with a chance to snatch our first-ever Supporters’ Shield, on what is Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Budweiser.
