The Colorado Rapids face Houston Dynamo at home this Sunday in the final regular season match of 2016. Their 1-0 loss to Portland on Sunday allowed Dallas to jump them in the standings, but the Supporters' Shield is still a possibility. If Colorado were to win and LA Galaxy defeats FC Dallas, the trophy will be the Rapids'.
