After the Los Angeles Rams traded for the first pick in Thursday’s NFL Draft, the debate began. It is clear a quarterback will go first, but who?
Jared Goff
The former Bears’ star and current favorite to be chosen first certainly boasts the numbers of a top-flight prospect. He tallied 12,220 passing yards and threw 96 touchdown passes in his three years at Cal, including 43 touchdowns and 4,719 yards in his final season.
Add on to that his NFL-ready footwork, touch and downfield accuracy. What’s not to like?
Well, his frame is nowhere near ideal.
